The deep state admits of weather weapons and control – who can make war with the beast
There is a significant amount of evidence that suggests that various government agencies, including the US military, have been involved in weather modification programs for many years.
One example of this is the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which is a research program funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, and the University of Alaska.
