Some end of days signs to watch for:

  1. Wars and rumors of wars: Matthew 24:6-7, Mark 13:7-8
  2. Famines: Matthew 24:7, Revelation 6:5-6
  3. Earthquakes: Matthew 24:7, Revelation 6:12
  4. False prophets and false messiahs: Matthew 24:11, Mark 13:22
  5. Persecution of believers: Matthew 24:9, Revelation 13:7
  6. Signs in the heavens: Luke 21:11, Revelation 6:12-14
  7. Increase in wickedness and lawlessness: Matthew 24:12, 2 Timothy 3:1-5
  8. Apostasy and falling away from the faith: 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 1 Timothy 4:1-3
  9. Global preaching of the Gospel: Matthew 24:14, Mark 13:10
  10. Rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem: Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15 (your the temple of God)

  12. Lovers of self: 2 Timothy 3:2-5 – “For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
  13. Men’s hearts waxing cold: Matthew 24:12 – “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
  14. Rivers drying up: Revelation 16:12 – “And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.”
  15. Increase in lawlessness: 2 Thessalonians 2:7 – “For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.”
  16. Increase in wickedness: Daniel 12:10 – “Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.”
  17. False prophets and deceivers: Matthew 24:24 – “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
  18. Deception and delusion: 2 Thessalonians 2:11 – “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.”
  19. Gross darkness
    1. Luke 8:17 – “For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.”
    2. Ephesians 5:13 – “But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.”
    3. 1 Corinthians 4:5 – “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.”
    4. John 3:19-21 – “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.”
    5. “For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.”

      This verse speaks of a time when darkness will cover the earth and the people, but the Lord’s glory will arise upon His people, and they will be a source of light that draws others to them. It portrays a contrast between the darkness that covers the world and the brightness of God’s glory shining upon His chosen ones. It conveys the message of hope and assurance that even in the midst of darkness, God’s light and glory will prevail and attract people to Him. It encourages believers to be a beacon of light in a world filled with darkness and to reflect God’s glory through their words, actions, and character.

  20. Waves roaring: Luke 21:25 – “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.”
  21. Financial issues: James 5:1-3 – “Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.”
  22. CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency): Revelation 13:17 – “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
  23. Biometrics: Revelation 13:16 – “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.”
  24. Carbon trackers and other technological advancements: While specific references to carbon trackers or other modern technological advancements may not be found in the Bible, some interpret passages such as Daniel 12:4 – “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased” – as referring to the rapid advancement of technology in the end times.
  25. Signs and wonders: Matthew 24:24, Mark 13:22 – “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
