Graphene is a 2D material composed of a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice structure. It has excellent mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties, making it a promising material in various fields, including electronics, sensors, and energy storage.

Plasmons are collective electron oscillations in metals and other conductive materials that can interact with light. They have been extensively studied in nanomaterials since they have the potential to enhance light-matter interactions and create subwavelength optical confinement.

Recent studies have looked at the interaction between graphene and plasmons. One interesting phenomenon is the low-energy plasmon excitations in graphene, which have been called “demonic.” These low-energy excitations are due to the Coulomb interactions between electrons in the graphene sheet and can be studied using infrared and terahertz spectroscopy.  AICB

Overall, the study of graphene and plasmons is a rapidly evolving field with promising applications in various areas.  Are these things being taking over by demons?   How does this fit quantum computers?    It is demonic.

The nano tech will measure everything and be apart of a technocracy system.  Stopping technocracy would involve a major shift in power and decision-making processes, which is unlikely to occur overnight. However, some potential methods for reducing the influence of technocracy could include:

– Increasing opportunities for public input and participation in decision-making processes.
– Encouraging more transparency and accountability in government and corporate bureaucracies.
– Ensuring that decision-makers are accountable to the broader public and not just to a select group of experts or elites.
– Promoting education and critical thinking skills that enable people to engage meaningfully in policy discussions.
– Ensuring that a diverse range of perspectives and expertise is represented in decision-making processes, rather than relying solely on technocrats.

These solutions are just a starting point, and would likely require significant effort and willingness to compromise from all parties involved. However, by actively taking steps to reduce the influence of technocracy, it may be possible to create a more equitable and democratic society.   I say, just get out of the system and form parallel societies.
